Shipping
Ultrabeauty Day Spa ships to all 50 United States and to select International Zones.
Domestic Shipping Fees: All items are shipped uninsured via USPS at a rate of $8.95 per shipment. All orders over $50 total will be free to ship.
International Shipping Terms & Fees: Customs fees may apply, depending upon your government. Ultrabeauty is not responsible for any customs fees incurred. If you do not accept our delivery, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. If you are unsure of your country's customs fees, contact your local customs office prior to ordering. If your international order is over the shipping weight limit of 3 pounds, your shipping cost will be adjusted to reflect the weight.

Items will be shipped within 24 hours pending availability (excluding weekends and holidays). Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are available.
You will receive a confirmation email of your entire order. If any of your items are on back order, you will receive a separate email notification indicating which product is unavailable. Back order items generally become available within 5-7 business days. If you wish to cancel a back order, please contact via email at orders@ultrabeautydayspa.com
Customer is responsible for providing a current and accurate address. Inaccurate addresses resulting in a return will require a written confirmation of the correct address and an additional shipping fee. NOTE: If you are paying via Pay Pal please verify that your shipping address in Pay Pal matches that of your order.
Refused shipments that have failed delivery will be returned to Ultrabeauty Day Spa’s Online Store. A non-delivery fee will be charged.
In order to protect our customers, Ultrabeauty will ship to the billing address only, excluding purchases of gift cards
Ultrabeautydayspa.com is not responsible for fraudulent international orders, theft, loss, and duty fee. These possibilities should be thoroughly researched prior to finalizing your online international order with us.
Domestic Shipping Restrictions: Due to air transport regulations, certain products such as aerosols and Tend Skin may only be shipped via standard USPS parcel post.
International Shipping Restrictions: Aerosols cannot be shipped internationally. Please refrain from ordering aerosol products.
All fees in US Dollars only.
Returns
Items can be returned within 20 days of the original purchase with an RMA.
Unopened and unused merchandise may be exchanged for a full refund (minus shipping fees).
Electrical appliances such as blow dryers and flat irons will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Orders that are incorrectly shipped may be returned at no charge. Please contact returns@ultrabeautydayspa.com
Ultrabeauty MUST be contacted prior to the return of any product. Items returned after the 20 day grace period and without proper warning are not eligible for a refund.
In order to return an item, you must request an RMA from Ultrabeauty via email at returns@ultrabeautydayspa.com. To qualify for an RMA, please contact us via email with the following information:
Your name and address
The product name
The reason(s) for your return
Proof and date of purchase
RMA numbers are only valid 15 days after receipt.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.

If you opt to purchase shipping insurance, damages or shortages that occur during shipping must be reported to the carrier within 5 days of receipt. ULTRABEAUTY is not responsible for shipping damages.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise noted by Ultrabeauty for packaging or product errors.
Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Please allow approximately 3-5 business days from receipt of return product (including RMA) to process your return.
Refunds will arrive in the same form as the original payment up to 30 days after return.
