Because of the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make an advance reservation for any of our treatments. A credit card is required for reservations. We do not accept personal checks. No money back on the remaining balance of Spa Finder or Spa Wish gift certificates. Remaining balances will be transferred to Ultrabeauty Days Spa gift card.

Since we strive to provide such personal services to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly. Therefore, we have a strict cancellation policy. A full fee is charged to your credit card for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment. Required check-in time is ½ hours prior to appointment for Spa Services and Spa Packages.

To endure a healthy and comfortable environment for all of our guests, we ask that you leave your pagers and cellular phones turned off while in the Spa. Guests must be at least 16 years of age to receive Spa services. An adult must accompany guests under the age of 16.

If you are happy with services provided, it is customary to leave a 15%-20% gratuity.
